First Steps, Game Smarts, Next Level: one rugby journey for every age

Our mission is simple: making rugby easier to understand, learn and enjoy. We do it with three series, one for each stage of a young player's journey.

First Steps (ages 3–6)

Picture-led books to read aloud together, about first skills: running, catching and passing to a friend. Playbook 1 is Catch It, Jake!

Game Smarts (ages 7–12)

Skills, rules and game sense for young players, one clear step at a time. Playbook 1 is Hands Ready, Pass Back! The series continues with Find the Space, Where Do I Play?, How Rugby Works and Tackling the Safe Way.

Next Level (ages 12+)

Reading the game, training habits and mindset for teens. Playbook 1 is Read the Game.
