What your player learns
By the end of the book, your player can:
- Explain that a pass must travel backwards or level, never forwards, and show it with a partner.
- Show a “hands ready” target and catch with two hands, eyes on the ball.
- Pass to a partner's hands from both the left and the right over a short distance.
- Describe what a support runner does: stays behind or level with the ball carrier, keeps passing distance, and calls for the ball.
- Name two ways to show respect in a game: thank team-mates, shake hands with opponents and thank the referee.
